It is important that residents and family members present their own opinions in the survey. However, we recognize that some people need assistance with completing their responses. Residents who need assistance can get help from other residents as well as their community’s survey champions. For independence of survey answers, it is important that only a minority of residents receive direct assistance. Through technology, sophisticated algorithms are used to detect when it is not a resident or family member answering the survey.
There are registration fees that cover the costs of administering the survey, including technology server and messaging costs of Activated Insights.
