“Experience Management provides so much value to home care companies and helps maintain high standards. The information gathered during the survey interviews really closes the gaps and blind spots we would otherwise miss.

I have created an open communication culture and still am not hearing the things I hear from these surveys. The are crucial for any business.”

“What I like about Training is that it provides ongoing training to our caregivers. It helps us provide them with the support they need to get to where they want to go in their career. Sometimes that means helping them learn additional skills to become a better caregiver. There are also always those CNAs that might be working towards a career in nursing or other situations like that. We want to help support them in any way we can.”

“Home Care Pulse (now Activated Insights) has been beneficial for potential referral sources – those trying to decide between equally qualified and vetted in-home care agencies. It’s been advantageous to be able to differentiate our agency by our association with Activated Insights as an independent, third party organization.”

“Having that unbiased feedback from Home Care Pulse (now Activated Insights) surveys has definitely helped us understand the needs of our clients and caregivers more effectively to make sure we are meeting or exceeding expectations on an ongoing basis. Employees and clients are often willing to share more information about their experience with a third party than with us directly. It also gives them the opportunity to be anonymous which can be helpful.”
