Yes, learners can carry their training history with them. Shared Training History lets learners maintain a single record of completed courses across organizations or locations (when supported), reducing retraining and improving compliance tracking. Shared Training History is included in the Essentials plan and above.
A seat is one active care staff member (CNA, aide, med tech, or other direct care worker) who can access training content. Administrators and managers don’t count toward your seat limit. Seats are flexible—you can reassign them as staff changes.

Yes! All plans support multi-location deployment for home-based care agencies and senior living communities. You’ll get centralized reporting across all sites, and can segment data by location. Advanced and Complete plans include enhanced multi-location management tools.
