BAYADA Home Health Care Expands Partnership with Activated Insights to Enhance Client Experience and Satisfaction

Moorestown, NJ November 10th 2020– BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading national nonprofit provider of in-home care and post-acute care services, is expanding its partnership with Activated Insights, the home care industry’s leading experience management and training firm in North America.

While BAYADA has previously partnered with Activated Insights to conduct quality surveys and gather data for its US-based assistive care and habilitation services, Activated Insights will now perform surveys on BAYADA’s behalf for multiple BAYADA service lines in the US, including pediatrics, behavioral health, assistive care Medicaid services, and adult nursing.

The expanded partnership with Activated Insights will give more BAYADA locations throughout the United States the ability to measure client satisfaction by gathering regular feedback through digital and telephone surveys. While individual locations will have agency-specific data to drive actionable improvements in their area, BAYADA’s specialty practices will use the data to power insights and drive initiatives at the service line level.
