Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps (Development and Operations) professional to join our growing organization. In this position, you will manage infrastructure projects and streamline technology processes. You will also work with people across various departments and help design the deployment foundation for the next version of our platform.

This position needs someone who is addicted to continually learning, problem-solving, and developing new skills. It also requires stronger people skills than your average systems administrator position. What we’re doing is important and changing the lives of thousands of individuals who receive home care, so we are determined to get it right and that starts with the people we hire.

Position Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Linux and Windows server and desktop administration

  • Strong experience with virtualization technology and management

  • Proficient with SQL database administration (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

  • Strong working knowledge of networking and router management

  • Experience with version control systems (Git / SVN)

  • Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning

  • Excellent system documentation skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Ability to learn new technology/programming languages

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with the proven ability to work within a structured system

  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy

Additional Preferred Skills

  • BS degree in Computer Science (or related field)

  • Coding skills in CodeIgniter/Laravel/RoR/Django/Sails.js/Grails/.NET  Core or other MVC framework
