How to Sign Up

  • Great Place to Work® Certification (50-999 Employees)
    $995.00 per Year
  • Great Place to Work® Certification (1000+ Employees)
    $1,495.00 per Year

Note that the registration fee covers the costs of administering your resident and family survey, which includes a high-level summary of overall results.

Upon submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email and be taken to the payment page to complete your signup. Once payment is complete, you will be introduced to your Program Manager by the next business day. Experienced working with senior care providers, your Program Manager will guide your team through the survey process.

After your survey closes, you will receive your brand’s overall score, top 5 statements, top 5 areas of opportunity and notification if you have achieved Great Place to Work Certification. Finalists for the FORTUNE Best Workplaces in Aging Services list will be notified approximately 1 month prior to list publication. Survey completion is not a guarantee of Great Place to Work Certification, nor Best Workplaces in Aging Services list recognition.

NOTE: You must survey by April 30, 2024 to be eligible for potential recognition on the 2024 FORTUNE Best Workplaces in Aging Services List. Survey month is available on a first come, first served basis.
