Wound Basics

This course covers the basic information related to wounds that clinicians need to know, including important patient risk factors to be aware of for developing skin breakdown and wounds. Clinicians will learn what to document in a thorough skin and wound assessment, as well as how to easily understand the phases of normal wound healing.
