You will learn what to do if you or your clients are faced with aggressive people and how you can stay safe in any community that you work in.
Objectives:
- Describe at least 5 behaviors that are considered workplace violence.
- List the four types of workplace violence.
- Demonstrate three strategies for handling aggressive people.
- Develop your own action plan for handling threatening or violent situations at work.
- Demonstrate effective incident reporting of a threatening or violent situation and understand the need to do so.
