This course covers federal statutes prohibiting sexual harassment in the workplace. State-specific statute information for California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, and New York are also included. Learners will learn about their rights and responsibilities, as well as protection from retaliation when reporting sexual harassment. Also covered are the employee actions that contribute to a healthy work environment which decreases harm when sexual harassment does occur.
