This course covers the components of the hospice initial comprehensive assessment and the requirement for involvement of all members of the interdisciplinary group. Learners will gain the knowledge needed to successfully complete the initial comprehensive assessment within the required time frame and use the data obtained to develop an individualized plan of care.
