Complaints, Grievances, and Appeals

This course explores regulations covering complaints, grievances, and appeals as tools for patients and families to bring forward care concerns. Staff responsibilities in these processes are reviewed, along with how to best use the information obtained via these tools to improve care. Organizational response to post-complaint/grievance surveys is also reviewed.
