What will you’ll be doing

  • Our Satisfaction Research Associates perform surveys over the phone with home care recipients, their families, and caregivers across the country.

  • Accurately typing their responses that are then passed on to their home care provider, who use it to improve the care of the individuals and the jobs of their employees.

  • 50 cent after graduating from 1st month training program

  • $11 if you start at 25+ hours per week

Position Requirements

  • 40+ wpm typing speed

  • Excellent phone etiquette

  • Strong aptitude for learning new software programs

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Six month commitment

  • No prior experience is needed!
