What does it mean to be a Best of Home Care® Endorsed National Provider?
The Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider recognition is given to those whose members have the highest overall client satisfaction scores. They excel above the industry standard. These are the top home care franchises or membership networks in North America whose members have proven their dedication to client satisfaction and excellence in home care.
2024 Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider Requirements
In order to be considered for Best of Home Care – Endorsed National Provider, your organization must meet the following criteria on an annual basis:
Of these 12 members who are Best of Home Care eligible, eight (12 x 50% = 7.2 = 8) would need to qualify in two or more Best of Home Care categories during the year.
Using this Endorsement
We’ll provide you with tools and resources to make it easy for you to market your business with using your Activated Insights Endorsed National Provider or Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider recognition.

The Activated Insights Client Interview Process
Activated Insights gathers feedback by conducting random, live phone interviews with a percentage of a home care provider’s clients each month. Because Activated Insights is an independent third-party company, we are able to collect honest and unbiased feedback, without outside influence. Each client we interview, or their responsible party, is given the opportunity to rate the provider on a scale of 1-10 in categories such as timeliness of care professionals, care professional’s work ethic, and the likelihood of recommending care. In addition to the individual ratings, clients are given the opportunity to provide feedback on areas where the provider needs to improve as well as areas where they excel.
After Activated Insights conducts live phone interviews, we send a report to each provider, franchise and/or membership organization informing them of our findings and showing them how their business or organization ratings compared to others in the industry. Our mission is to motivate providers to make improvements and highlight those who are the best in the industry.
