The “Find a Certified Home Care Provider” search feature on BestofHomeCare.com beta site was just updated. Please read through the changes outlined below, in order to understand how the new referral process works.

Visitors searching for a home care provider on BestofHomeCare.com will be led through a few steps:

1. Enter your zip code.

2. Enter your name and contact information.

3. Enter a few details about the care you are seeking.

As soon as visitors click “SEE PROVIDERS,” their name and contact information will automatically be sent via email to all of the Best of Home Care Award Winning Providers that offer services within that zip code. As early as today, you could start receiving these emails. You then have the opportunity to follow-up with these referrals and offer your services.

Caution! If you try to test this new feature by entering your personal information, your information will be sent to other Best of Home Care Providers within the zip code you entered—and you may receive follow-up calls from them. Please do not test the process using the new “Find a Certified Home Care Provider” feature on BestofHomeCare.com.

To avoid any confusion, we have set up a test page for you to use. This will allow you to see how your listing will appear on the website. To access this test page, please visit:

Additionally, we are still receiving phone calls from potential consumers who can’t find Activated Insights Certified providers in their area because listing information has not been updated. Make sure your business information is up-to-date by logging in at my.homecarepulse.com/agency/login and update your listing on the “Manage Listing” tab. This will ensure that you can begin to receive referral emails through this new process.
