HCP is pleased to recognize Sarah Dirks, EVP of Business Development, who was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL). 

NCAL, an integral part of the American Health Care Association (AHCA), plays a crucial role in advocating for and supporting the assisted living community through national initiatives, education, networking, professional development, and quality enhancements. 

Sarah became a part of Activated Insights through the Pinnacle Quality Insight acquisition in January 2023. Prior to that she led the Pinnacle Quality Insight sales team for five years as their EVP of Business Development. Throughout her leadership tenure, Sarah demonstrated dedication to her role, her organization’s success, countless patients and their families, and the industry as a whole. Through her innovative ideas, hard work, and leadership, Sarah consistently exemplifies what it means to be a leader worthy of this prestigious recognition.
