The 2021 Home Care Benchmarking Study includes data collected from over 849 agencies, representing 1924 locations.
The Study was created to give home care agencies a better look into trends and insights within the industry and to improve their ability to make informed decisions. This year’s Study covers topics that include sales and marketing, recruitment and retention, finance, operations, technology, client/caregiver experience, and the annual Best of Home Care awards. It also contains some of the most detailed data available regarding the effect of COVID-19 on the home care industry.
