Chris Hollister is the co-founder and Vice Chair of Pegasus Senior Living. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of Sunrise Senior Livingand led Southern Assisted Living as CEO before its acquisition by Brookdale. His BA is from Texas A&M University and MBA is from Duke.
Dr. Madhuri Reddy, Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder of CareAcademy, is a specialist in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, and holds appointments at Harvard Medical School & Hebrew SeniorLife. For years she has seen first hand the struggles that families and caregivers go through while caring for older adults. Dr. Reddy has published several research papers in prestigious medical journals, book chapters, and also a book for families/caregivers.

Dr. Jacquelyn Kung, CEO of Activated Insights, the senior care group at Great Place to Work Institute, has worked in senior care for over 25 years. She has worked for Erickson Living, co-founded ClearCare, and was the US LTC expert at McKinsey. She has published two books, including one featured on the Today Show. Dr. Kung holds a BA from Harvard, MBA from Harvard, and gerontology public health doctorate from Johns Hopkins.
