With a solid performance philosophy and quality bar, Care Indeed selected Activated Insights as their new vendor. "We're very lucky to participate in Great Place to Work's senior care program. The employee survey is very easy for our caregivers to take and understand. The cherry on top was that we could get recognition for the hard work of our team," says Valerio.

Gaining benchmark data
Beyond the user interface, the benchmarking capabilities stood out to the team. "We didn't know how we compared to others in our industry - and even to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For," recalls Valerio, "That information is informative to us as we design new programs."

Having a program manager guide
"Since we have had turnover in our staff who administer the survey, it was helpful to have a Program Manager who could guide us through each step of the certification process," says Valerio, "It was a step above the others out there."
